Starcina Music Group is fully insured to protect our clients, equipment and any work done here.

A small deposit will be required to confirm all studio time a prospective client schedules. This normally might be a 25% deposit. We’ll work with each individual client to keep within a budget that can accomplish the client’s needs.

Deposit must be received five days prior to session time. Starcina Music Group reserves the right to return a deposit prior to a scheduled session or to cancel a scheduled session at our discretion. Unforeseen circumstances happen to us all.

Notice of a client’s intent to cancel a session must be received by no later than 48 hours (2 days) prior to such session. If notice is not received the client shall be liable for the cost of one half of the time scheduled. If we scheduled you and you cancel- it does not mean we can fill in that slot of time with another Artist or Group.

Sessions canceled the same day of the scheduled session will be liable for the total cost of the booked time for that or subsequent days. Staff must be paid for their time too, even if you’re not here. We work hard.. as do you.

There is a 3 hour minimum for all sessions. Shorter sessions must be approved in advance. Entire session reserved must be paid for at the sessions conclusion, regardless of the possibility of a session completing earlier than scheduled time.

Session times begin at the scheduled time. If client is late or unprepared, time will still start as scheduled. To avoid this, please arrange to arrive early.

Starcina Music Group is not responsible for Client session backup Files. Client must request backup files, recommended Hard Drive or CD for session backup. This insures that the client has a copy of their session in their possession. Technical issues can happen unexpectedly.. especially in the digital realm!
